Greengage plum, kiwi, and citrus flavors with vibrant acidity and interesting minerality. Sharp and clean, with notes of lime, green apple and white peach on the nose. With a swirl a hint of basil emerges, along with lemongrass. The palate is smooth and almost creamy with an excellent balance of aromas carried over from the nose. The acidity is damn near perfect
