I stopped to photograph the small barn and when walking up the road for a different angle noticed an area by a gate where you could look down the length of the fence

I had photographed from this location before and had the idea of the shot I would like in my mind

This is a great place to photograph and capture close-up images of flowers and also work on abstract imagery

Using an angle I worked to capture the traffic in both directions as well as the divider between the flow of traffic

During a visit to Missoula in 2009 I headed up to Lolo Pass on the Montana/Idaho state line along Route 12 with a small group of photographers/friends to capture some of the morning light

Umbrellas in the Sky Size:11"x14" I stopped to photograph theAs I explored Quebec City, I found a small street in the Lower Old Town which had umbrellas hanging the small area. Over the course of two days I visited this street multiple times to capture the colorful umbrellas with a different sky as a background. On my final day in Quebec City it was a nice clear day which allowed me to have a constant background but also position the sun to allow it to show just a little bit behind one of the umbrellas.
