Monmousseau Touraine Brut Cuvée JM Brut NV Region_Dominican Republic It is lightly framed yet80% Chenin blanc and 20% Chardonnay aged for up to 3 years on lees at 12c. This wine opens with notes of freshly cut apples. Excellent freshness showing a good depth of fruit flavours backed by gently toasted honey and hazelnut notes. Framed by a good line of acidity the palate has depth and character and makes for either an excellent aperitif or to accompany many dishes throughout the meal.
