Rising River Shiraz sweetness_demi-sec with aromas of citrus fruitsThe fruit is harvested from selected vineyards across the Western Cape. The grapes are fermented in stainless steel with daily punching down for maximum extraction of colour and tannins. The wine is matured in old French oak barrels for 12 months before bottling. Aromas of of black pepper, cedar and ripe black fruits. The palate is rich with blackberry, blackcurrant and violet hints. Lovely smooth, soft tannins backed up with balancing, refreshing
