Once an animal is harvested, we collect the hides from the butcher and bring them back to the farm where we flesh and salt the hides ourselves. After the salting process, we send them to a custom tannery where we let the pros finish the process. The tannery uses an electrified tanning process which can take anywhere between 4 to 6 months and the result is truly
