Domaine Les Astrelles Gevrey Chambertin Producer_Giesen and secondary shootsThe grapes were meticulously selected and gently vinified with wild, indigenous yeasts to ensure the greatest expression of the fruit and the terroir. The wine was matured for 15 months in 100% French oak barriques adding refined complexity. A refined, concentrated and structured Gevrey Chambertin, showing great depth of flavour with notes of wild red berries, cherry and raspberry through to a hint of spice on the long, velvety finish.
