I felt the head section was too bulky at the same thickness (3 3mm layers) so I slimmed it down a little and managed to lose a layer at the back to make it less chunky

Obviously the colour in which you choose from the phoenix necklace listing will be included in your order but you can also add up to two other colours and you can decided whether your piece will have normal fixed (but unsoldered) jump rings if you're confidant with a pair of pliers or hinged jump rings which click into place and are a bit easier to change (they will also come with 2 spare normal jump rings)

It is a design I've thought about doing quite a lot for mothers day but I never get around to doing it! It's a sweet brooch that measures approximately h6cm x w7. 2cm and it consists mostly of of plain acrylic because I wanted to capture the distinct panda markings but the baby and the inner legs of the mumma panda are black pearl marble acrylic.
