It's built from 4 layers of our best ever rich, moist Callebaut chocolate cake sponge which is then filled and topped with chocolate Swiss meringue buttercream before being expertly finished by our decorators. We use the finest quality chocolate available for our chocolate cakes, along with our usual free range organic eggs and organic flour.
