Refreshing citrus and tangerine fruit with a lively and complex texture with more tropical fruits and a spicy, lemony finish. Mainly Semillon with a tiny amount of Sauvignon Blanc added at bottling to give the wine a refreshing lift. This spends 2 weeks on the skins to extract that orange colour along with some tannins and texture before
