On a recent trip to New York City I was on the path with my camera enjoying the nice day and photographing while making my way south

One question I always get with the project is "Why November

Using a shallow depth of field I focused on the brick post and let the lines lead to the color in the background

The look from this location can differ depending on the time of year as well as the weather so it is always a view I check when walking through the park

As we descended on an angle it allowed the roads around the ponds to also angle versus their natural north/south and east/west routings
