Folk Machine Potter Valley Aligote Vecino Vineyard 2024 event-sold-out It is aromatic the wayAligote is Burgundy's other white grape, and it is exceedingly rare in California. This bottling is, as far as we know, the only Aligote made in Potter Valley. It comes from the certified organic Vecino Vineyard, in the Potter Valley AVA, which sits about 200 feet higher than neighboring valleys so daytime warmth is offset by sharp overnight cooling. The wine sits stylistically between Chardonnay and Chenin Blanc: leaner than the first, brisker than
