The Sri Lankan lion symbol, featured on the national flag and emblem, represents bravery, sovereignty, and the Sinhalese heritage. The golden lion passant holds a sword in its right forepaw, symbolizing the nation's independence, while its curly hair indicates religious wisdom and meditation. There is an
