Aperitif, Vegetables, White fish, Rice dishes. It a defined white wine with fruity aromas of apple, lemon and peach, accompanied by aniseed notes of fennel. On the palate it is light, vibrant and crisp. A wine with plenty of vegetal acidity and an astringency that gives it a very good balance from start to finish.
