It is in excellent condition without any real chips but it has some specks of red paint missing on the tops of the arms (on each side)

There is no major damage but may have a little scuff here or there from age and storage

I have not washed him and he's mostly clean with light surface dirt

It's not totally unused, unless I counted wrong it seems to be missing a couple sheets. One in the middle has random red crayon marks. This is a bit hard to find as I've been hunting for a while to replace my childhood one. Many are yellowed from age but this one isn't. There's price sticker residue on the front.
